新版本UL 1973標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電池溫度循環(huán)試驗(yàn)

UL1973第三版發(fā)布于2022年2月25日，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要涵蓋給固定式、車輛輔助電源、LER、光伏、風(fēng)能、后備電源、通信基站使用的各類電池系統(tǒng)，并包括對儲能系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)評估和測試評估。

針對LER輕型應(yīng)用電池，還會(huì)評估其在運(yùn)行過程中可能遇到的機(jī)械力和環(huán)境變化。其中，冷熱循環(huán)（-40度到25度再到85度，10次）就是環(huán)境變化試驗(yàn)中的一項(xiàng)，下面我們來了解一下。

LER輕型電池溫度循環(huán)試驗(yàn)（Temperature cycling test）：

試驗(yàn)設(shè)備：電池?zé)釠_擊循環(huán)試驗(yàn)箱

電池應(yīng)置于試驗(yàn)箱中，并進(jìn)行以下循環(huán)：

1.將試驗(yàn)箱溫度提高至85±2℃（185±3.6℉）或T max+10℃（T max是制造商規(guī)定的最高溫度），并保持該溫度4小時(shí)；

2.在30分鐘內(nèi)將試驗(yàn)箱溫度降至25±5℃（77±9℉），并保持此溫度溫度2小時(shí)；

3.在30分鐘內(nèi)將試驗(yàn)箱溫度降低至-40±2℃（-40±3.6℉），并且保持該溫度4小時(shí)；

4.在30分鐘內(nèi)將試驗(yàn)箱溫度升高至25±5℃（77±9℉）；

5.再重復(fù)9個(gè)循環(huán)的順序；

6.第10次循環(huán)后，將電池在25±5℃的溫度下至少儲存24小時(shí)（77±9℉）檢查。

The cells shall be placed in a test chamber and subjected to the following cycles:

a) Raising the chamber-temperature to 85 ±2 ℃(185 ±3.6 ℉) or T max + 10 ℃(T max is themanufacturer's maximum specified temperature) within 30 min and maintaining this temperaturefor 4 h;

b) Reducing the chamber temperature to 25 ±5 ℃(77 ±9 ℉) within 30 min and maintaining thistemperature for 2 h;

c) Reducing the chamber temperature to minus 40 ±2 ℃(minus 40 ±3.6 ℉) within 30 min andmaintaining this temperature for 4 h;

d) Raising the chamber temperature to 25 ±5 ℃(77 ±9 ℉) within 30 min;

e) Repeating the sequence for a further 9 cycles;

f) After the 10th cycle, storing the cells for a minimum of 24 h, at a temperature of 25 ±5 ℃(77 ±9 ℉) prior to examination.
